Our aim is to simply sell quality goods at low prices. We intend to make this process as simple and safe as possible.
We presently only take payments through PayPal. Therefore your payment details are not kept by us and all the transactions and essential security to go with this is handled by them.
You can pay through PayPal using a credit or debit card.
Postage and Packing
We try to keep our carriage rates as low and fair as possible. Some gifts require careful packaging and we take time to make sure your items are forwarded on to you in a secure way.
Postage and Packing charges are as follows:
We have a fixed rate policy of £2.50 on all orders using Royal Mail 1st Class.
Free shipping:
If your order (excluding shipping) exceeds £20 the shipping cost becomes free.
VAT: We are not registered for VAT and therefore no VAT is applicable to your orders.
Delivery
We ship our products using Royal Mail. Orders placed on one day will be dispatched the next working day and should be received with received within 5 working days in the UK.
Out of Stock Items
In the very unlikely event that an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you by email, to let you know and to inform you when the item will be back in stock. You then have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with any item, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a complete refund. The item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging.
Recycling
We aim to recycle packaging as much as we can. This helps our environment and helps to keep our costs down.
